Model T-1 Installation Instructions
1. Screw on bendable arms to the back side of the billboard for safety and security
2. Hold billboard to the back of the tailgate.
3. Fold bendable arm straps over the top of your tailgate and choose the location of your safety locks.
4. Screw both safety locks onto tailgate
5. Insert bendable arm into lock and twist for safety and security
6. Lift billboard and measure where the 3M Paint Protector Film will be applied. The strips should be placed directly in line with the billboard spacers
7. Peel Off the 3M Paint Protector Film
8. Apply the film from the top and slowly flatten to the bottom. Use your index finger to remove unwanted wrinkles for a smooth finish.
9. If the webstraps are not pre-installed, follow steps 9 through 11. You can use either the long straps or short straps depending on your vehicle design.

11. Place hook onto bottom of tailgate.
12. Velcro the straps tightly to secure.
13. Open top flap.
14. Insert advertisement and close flap.
15. Important: Make sure the billboard is properly secured and locked onto your vehicle before driving

License Plate Spacer Attachments

2 Bumper Spacers

 
1. Screw-on bumper spacers clock-wise onto the holes located on the bottom of the billboard.
2. Place 3M film where the billboard spacers touch vehicle. (As shown in steps 6-8 on the top steps.)
3. If the billboard blocks your license plate, remove your license plate with a srew-driver. Your license plate will be attached onto the lower left-hand side of the billboard in step 7.
4. Open rear door. Note: Drivertise recommends that you wax the area that your billboard will rest on to maintain and protect your surface.
5. Individually attach all 4 hooks to your rear door; two hooks on the left hand side, and two hooks on the right hand side. You may slide the belt buckles up or down to adjust the size of the straps.
6. Pull on all four straps tightly and evenly as possible. Velcro the straps to secure Note: If the hooks do not reach your rear door-sides, you will need to replace the pre-installed straps with the larger straps as shown in steps 6a - 6d.
6a. Remove pre-installed straps and hooks from the billboard. Insert long strap through side handles as shown above.
6b. Pull the strap through the first buckle-opening and slide buckle down.
6c. Insert strap through the second buckle opening and pull on the strap.
6d. Insert strap through hook. Proceed to step 4 and 5.
7. Screw-on your license plate into the holes located on the lower left of the billboard by using the license plate spacers provided.

Alternative License Plate Options
You may also attach your license plate by purchasing a universal license plate attachment kit from your local auto parts store.
You may screw license plate directly onto your bumper.
