1. Choose either bottom or top sockets depending on height desired | |

2. Connect strap to both sides of the billboard twisting 3 times into socket in order for strap to lock into place | |
|
3. Wrap the belt strap around the structure and insert into strap | |
|
4. Click lever to adjust belt size of the strap | |
|
5. Straps should have a strong, snug fit | |
